Headshooter holds the customer's trust in the highest regard.  In order to use the Headshooter service, visitors are asked to supply contact and billing information.  We use this information to contact users regarding order status and to bill for our services.  Headshooter will never sell or provide personally identifiable information from headshooter.com to its partners or any third party.  Providing this information on our website will never result in unsolicited e-mail or contact.

Booking Shoots

We request information from the user on our order form.  Here a user must provide contact information (like name, shipping address, and e-mail address) and financial information (such as credit card number and expiration date).  This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer's orders.  If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user.  E-mail addresses will be used exclusively for communication regarding your order including confirmation that it has been placed and notification that it has been shipped.  You will never receive unsolicited e-mail as a consequence of providing your e-mail address during the checkout process.  During checkout, customers may opt in to receive notification of forthcoming Headshooter news/offers/events—signing up for this service is not required to complete an order, and customers who wish to remove themselves from this list may do so at any time by notifying Headshooter by phone, e-mail, in writing, or by simply replying to any e-mail we send with a request to unsubscribe in the message.
